Mechanical Construction Development Engineer(m/w)

Standort: Ottobrunn by Munich
Start: as soon as possible

Your tasks:

  • Development and support of innovative solutions from the idea up to serial production
  • Independent construction in the range from single parts to complete products
  • Creation of assembly drawings, drawings of individual parts and part lists
  • Support for product launch
  • Change management according to ISO 9000
  • Interface to departments such as R&D, product management and project management
  • Contact to suppliers and customers

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed university studies by a degree of precision engineering, general mechanical engineering or an equivalent course
  • Mind. 5 years of professional experience in the construction of precision engineering assemblies and devices
  • Very good knowledge of 3D CAD design systems, preferably SolidWorks
  • Goal-oriented, independent and team based working attitude
  • Fluent in English and intimate knowledge of MS Office
 
 

Lens Service Engineer / Precision Mechanical Technician (m/w), 40h/Week

Location:Ottobrunn by Munich
Start: as soon as possible

Your tasks:

  • Assembling and servicing of professional cine products with focus on optics
  • Identifing problems and self-reliant repair
  • Replacing / exchangingof mechanical and optical components
  • Cleaning and adjusting mechanical and optical components

Your profile:

  • Professional training in field of precision mechanics
  • Knowledge of manufacturing techniques with focus on turning
  • Self-reliant, accurate and result-oriented way of working
  • Team player
  • Computer literacy required
  • Basic knowledge about optics beneficial
 
 

Production Operator with focus on optics assembly (m/w), 20-40h/week

Location:Ottobrunn by Munich
Start: as soon as possible

Your tasks:

  • Deseaming and cleaning of optical glass, such as lenses, etc.
  • Gluing / cementing of single lenses to composite lenses
  • Painting lens edges on single and compound lenses
  • Pre-assembly of optical assemblies

Your profile:

  • Exceptional manual skills in the field of precision mechanics
  • Distinct sense in dealing with glass and precision components
  • Knowledge in reading and understanding of technical production drawings
  • Meticulous and conscious operation as well as a pronounced quality awareness
  • Goal-oriented, independent and team based working attitude
 
 

Internship Film-Video-Technology, focus on lenses (m/w), 40h/Wo

Location:Ottobrunn by Munich
Start: next start from summer 2019

Key Facts:

  • duration minimum 6 months
  • learn basics of lens cleaning and checking in our service department
  • learn and use P+S Technik products and accessories
  • insight in development and manufacture of lenses and lens rehousing
  • salary based on previous work experience

Your tasks:

  • Demo Equipment Pool (service, test, maintenance & repair of demo equipment, preparation of demo equipment for trade shows and workshops)
  • Support of the Sales and Marketing department
  • production of commercial clips for P+S TECHNIK products
  • accomplishment of product tests for our R&D department
  • Possible other tasks (depending on general tasks at P+S TECHNIK during the time of the internship): Cooperation in the
    • production of product user manuals
    • organization and participation of events such as trade shows, workshops, etc.
    • assistance on other film productions
    • etc.

Your profile:

  • basic knowledge of the film industry and the production process
  • interest / basic knowledge in film and IT technology
  • good English spoken and written skills
  • reliable and independent work manner
  • utmost care in dealing with film equipment
  • basic German spoken and written skills are an advantage
  • relevant previous education or studies desirable
