It does not matter if you use the camera yourself or if you rent it out, there are many benefits coming with a service contract: Your camera will be checked up thoroughly every year to keep it state-of-the-art. In a cause abrasion the reason will be detected and eliminated on an early stage, so serious and cost intense damages will be avoided. Furthermore our Helpdesk will support you until 10pm CET exclusively. And in case of a repair you will get a special treatment by our Service Team so that you get your camera back as soon as possible.
You can conclude a Service Contract for your WEISSCAM HS-2, for your DIGIMAG DM-2 or for both units. The following benefits are included in the Service Contracts. |

Application Upgrade
For future planned additional functions and enhancements. Selected modules are free of charge: Rental Mode, Studio Mode, Film Mode
Annual Check Up
This includes a non-chargeable service of the contracted units including firmware and software updates, preventive maintenance, full-functional testing and sensor cleaning if needed.
Extended Hotline Service
The extended hotline service is available from 9am – 10pm CET (Monday to Friday) to Weisscam operators (instead of 9am – 5pm CET regular service time (Monday to Friday).
Preferential Service
Units covered by a service contract are entitled to preferential service.
Spare parts -25%
A special discount of -25% will be granted during term of contract. Excluding labour costs. A list regarding the discounted spare parts is available from the service department.

On a rental basis if available - please contact the P+S TECHNIK Service department for further details.
