The P+S TECHNIK Interchangeable Mount System (IMS) consists of an intermediate positive
lock mount on camera side and various lens mount adapters.
P+S TECHNIK also offers the intermediate mount on camera side as an open standard.
The PS-IMS-F3 consists of an intermediate flange and various lens mounting rings allowing the use of virtually all professional 35mm lenses. All you need to do is to exchange the original PL mount with the PS-IMS-F3 intermediate flange. There’s no need for any modification of the F3 or its FZ mount. The F3’s back focus adjustment function allows easy installation and adjustment without any shimming.

PS-IMS-R1
The original RED mount needs to be replaced by the PS-IMS-R1 mount, no modification to the camera housing has to be done and no
cables need to be cut. If needed the IMS can also be re-exchanged
to the original RED One mount, if you do not cut the /i link cable.
The thermically characteristics of the RED One front will stay
the same after this IMS modification. The simplicity of this exchange
makes the shipping the RED One to P+S Technik unnecessary. It can
be done by everybody with a technical basic understanding.
