We constantly strive to develop and produce products both innovative and of the highest quality. Naturally, we also offer complete and conscientious follow-up and service to all customers.

Since 1999, P+S Technik has developed and manufactured products in the DIGITAL CINEMATOGRAPHY area, an area that, through the strong spread of the HDTV, has become very significant. In 2000 we received the innovation prize at NAB 2000 for our MINI35 Image Converter. This was the start of the new very successful Digital Film product line called 35DIGITAL ( Brand name). In 2002/2003 we released the PRO35 Image Converter onto the world market. In the short time that this converter has been on the world market, it is remarkable how large a mark it has made in the Digital Cinematography world.

With the introduction of the SkaterMini Camera dolly, P+S Technik developed a new product entering a new and unknown field. The SKATER® was developed following an idea of Director/DoP Sebastian Cramer and won the CINEC Award for Innovations at the show in 2004. The fact, that the SKATER® delivers an optimal performance in the practice, has been proved in 2008: The SKATER® Mini and its family of products have been awarded with the Technical Achievement Award of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts.

In 2005 the Weisscam HS-1, the first camera of P+S Technik, has been developed in cooperation with DoP Stefan Weiss. The digital high speed camera is suitable for extreme slow motion picture in commercial and sport takes.

In 2007 P+S Technik launched in cooperation with Silicon Imaging the SI-2K Digital Cinema Camera. One year later, the SI-2K© camera has already been used in several productions: among others the feature films “Slumdog Millionaire”, by Danny Boyle, and “Mutant Chronicles”, by Simon Hunter and DP Geoff Boyle.

At the NAB 2008 P+S Technik launched the first prototype of the Professional 3D Mirror Rig. There is a small, lightweight version for the SI-2K Mini camera heads and a large version for other cameras (HD and Film). The modular concept allows the usage of a variety of common lenses and cameras with just one rig. The easy handling and the flexible usage make the 3D Rig of P+S Technik an urgently requested tool for 3D-content-creating.
