Choice of Mirror Boxes and different Camera Adapters

Allows you to optimise your rig for your requirements:
- Standard Camera Adapter for small and lightweight cameras
- Heavy Duty Camera Adapter offers more stiffness for larger, heavier camera setups

Motorization

The motorization allows remote control precise adjustments of the Universal Mirror Rig. With a consisting set of motors and an electronic lens control system, the interaxial and stereo base adjustment can be wireless controlled. P+S Technik offers the Universal Mirror Rig motorization in combination with the Cmotion or Chrosciel lens control system.

Developer Team

The Universal Mirror Rig was developed together with two 3D experts:

	*Alain Derobe* - After being Director of Photography on over 20 feature films and on about 300 commercials from 1966 to 1992, Alain DEROBE specialized in multi screen systems (360°) for theme parks and special applications. He was stereographer on Safari3D, Héros De Nimes, Camargue, Chartreux, Irruption, La R’volle, Réveil Des Géants and others as well as many corporate and event films. As there was no equipment available, he decided to build his own tools he needed to operate and promote Stereo 3D. He is founder of the A.F.C (French D.P. association) and chairman of the Stereographers association “UP-3D (www.up-3d.org) (Union of Professionals for stereo 3D).

	Florian Maier - engineer and 3D consultant, works in the field of stereo 3D photography and 3D video production since 1997. FLorian MAIER holds several patents and develops new tools for stereoscopic recording (www.stereotec.com). He offers his knowledge as stereo 3D consultant and holds workshops for stereo 3D cinematographers (www.3d-consult.eu). In 2007 he became a development partner of P+S Technik for the Universal Mirror Rig.
